Peperoncino is an old barn converted into a characteristic and welcoming holiday home with garden and an inviting private swimming pool (12x5 m, depth 0,40 – 1,60 m; open May – October).
The village of Pievescola is less than 1 km away, it is easily reached on foot and offers essential services such as 2 bars, a restaurant, grocery store, bakery, pharmacy. Within 10 minutes’ drive gourmets can also find a good selection of typical restaurants.
The highlights of the house are the swimming pool and the terrace above, whereon in between swims one can relax while sipping a glass of wine and admiring the beautiful landscape.
In one corner of the garden and for the sole use of the guests are cultivated some vegetables such as tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, salad, etc., ideal to be tasted fresh from the harvest.
The interiors of the accommodation are cosy, clean and tidy, furnished with love for details and provided with all modern comforts.
The accommodation is on the ground floor and consists of a spacious living/dining room with fireplace, sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Thanks to its strategic position, the place is ideal for half-day or full-day visits to the most important art centres of the region, the renowned wineries in the Chianti, spa resorts, and sandy beaches, all easily reachable within 30 - 90 minutes by car.

COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY
The client would have the option to defer the booking, receive a Credit voucher or cancel the booking and receive a full refund.
This applies to bookings confirmed starting from September 2020 with arrival between September 2020 and December 2021, where the holiday dates coincides with the following restrictions:
1.Government restrictions imposed on travel as a result of COVID-19, including national or regional lockdowns which prevent the client from travelling on holiday.
2.Government restrictions imposed on travel as a result of COVID-19 that prevent travel to the area where the accommodation is located.
3.Closure of holiday letting accommodation as a result of COVID-19.
This special clause does not apply to other cases (even if linked to COVID.19 emergency) such as:
1.Client’s inability to travel due to illness of himself or any member of his group (including COVID -19) *
2.Client’s inability to travel due to the need of self-isolation for him or any member of his group *
3.Transport disruptions and cancellation *
4.Curfew taking place in the area where the accommodation is located
5.Closures of bars, restaurants and points of interest in the area where the accommodation is located
( * ) These events can be covered by taking out travel insurance.
In case the client decides to accept to either defer your booking or be provided with a credit voucher, refund will no longer be an option. Both must be used by the end of 18 months.
Please note: If client were unable or unwilling to travel for any other reason, our normal cancellation terms would apply.
• CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation of confirmed bookings must be communicated in writing and will be subject to a penalty that will be calculated according to the full price of the booking, as follow:
60 days or more before arrival: 30 % (Deposit);
From 59 to 49 days before arrival : 60% ;
From 48 to 30 days before arrival: 80 %;
From 29 days to arrival : 100%.

Ottima casa per rilassarsi
Bellissima casa, accoglienza culinaria molto gustosa nel frigorifero, ospiti gentili, bella e rinfrescante piscina privata - cosa si può volere di più? Molto volentieri di nuovo :-)

Casa vacanze Peperoncini, Pievescola
Abbiamo avuto il piacere di trascorrere 14 giorni alla fine di luglio/inizio agosto in questa zona meravigliosa. La terrazza, la piscina sono incredibili. La casetta è deliziosa e i proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili. In particolare, siamo stati felici dell'attenzione nella cucina. Frutta fresca, pane, pasta e il frigorifero pieno di prelibatezze, in particolare una salsa di pomodoro fatta in casa. Grazie mille per questo.
