Descrizione

Borgo Sereno is a small, ancient hamlet recently restored with art and passion, brought back to life respecting its original characteristics and masterfully turned into a splendid and unique holiday home for large groups.

The property is located within a large private area on the green hill of the Casentino Forest National Park between Florence and Arezzo, only 4 km from the ancient medieval town of Poppi which was mentioned as one of the most beautiful towns in Italy.

The large outdoor areas that surround the hamlet, completely fenced and maintained with great care, are the ideal place for both adults and children to regenerate in the middle of nature.

In the center of the park, well exposed to the sun and with idyllic views, there is a large swimming (14 x 6 x 1,40 m depth) pool with solarium, fenced for children's safety and equipped with comfortable sun loungers.

Ideal place for both relaxing or practicing some healthy physical activity (volleyball net, table tennis, bicycles and children's playground with swings).

The property is suitable for large groups of friends, family gatherings as well as all kinds events, allowing a convivial holiday but at the same time to enjoy moments of privacy.

Accommodation is offered in four independent units, each with own fully equipped kitchen and living area; three of them are in the main building and one in an out building by the swimming pool.

The common areas are located on the ground floor of the main building, here are a large dining room with fireplace and a professional kitchen with a window-door onto a furnished terrace for al-fresco dining, and an outbuilding equipped with a wood-burning oven & barbecue.

The interiors are furnished with love for details in typical Tuscan style and equipped with all modern comforts.

In the old barn, right next to the pool, is the highlight for al fresco dining: a large covered area provided with tables & chairs and a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher & barbecue.

As an extra bonus there is a vegetable garden where guests can freely enjoy seasonal products.

This special clause does not apply to other cases (even if linked to COVID.19 emergency) such as: 1.Client’s inability to travel due to illness of himself or any member of his group (including COVID -19) * 2.Client’s inability to travel due to the need of self-isolation for him or any member of his group * 3.Transport disruptions and cancellation * 4.Curfew taking place in the area where the accommodation is located 5.Closures of bars, restaurants and points of interest in the area where the accommodation is located ( * ) These events can be covered by taking out travel insurance. In case the client decides to accept to either defer your booking or be provided with a credit voucher, refund will no longer be an option. Both must be used by the end of 18 months.
