The recently constructed Villa Gemma is designed with the entire family in mind, ensuring a delightful experience for all. Spread over two levels and 300 m2 it features spacious and opulent bedrooms accompanied by equally lavish bathrooms, luxurious kitchen, and a designated spa room with indoor jacuzzi, sauna and exercise equipment providing a sanctuary for rejuvenation. Children can enjoy the dedicated playground and a variety of engaging activities tailored just for them, such as darts, table tennis or playstation. The outdoor area accommodates a heated pool alongside an inviting outdoor kitchen complete with a built in authentic barbecue, perfect for al-fresco dining. Comfortable seating area makes a lovely viewing spot for sunsets, watching the children splash in a pool, enjoying a refreshing beverage and indulging in sea air. Welcome to Villa Gemma, promising you an unforgettable five-star holiday experience.Electric car charger is available.In four ensuite bedrooms eight adult guests are comfortably accommodated. Two of the bedrooms have a sofa able to accommodate 2 more if necessary. If there are more in your party sister villa just next door accommodates 8 to 10 more guests.Vodice is a small but picturesque fishing village north of Šibenik with a lovely harbor ideal for seaside walks with stops in one of many restaurants or cafes for a sweet delight, coffee, drink, or a romantic dinner. The historic center houses a 16th century Coric Tower with its walls remaining intact and an 18th century Parish Church of St Cross with its baroque facade. The pebble beaches are a perfect testament to the beautiful, clear Adriatic with shallow waters making it ideal choice for families with smaller children. For transparency: please account for 700 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Pets are welcome upon request with an additional 10 euro per night pet fee. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.
