Villa Muriwai is a wonderful holiday property with a private pool, located in a quiet area of Armação de Pera but just a short drive from all amenities. This beautiful villa sleeps 8+1 people and has 3 bedrooms: one on the ground floor with a double bed and 2 on the first floor (one with a double bed and another with 1 bunk bed and 2 single beds). There are also 3 bathrooms: one on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor (one en-suite). The living room is bright and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. There is also direct access to the BBQ and outside dining area. Outside you’ll find the inviting pool area with a heatable pool (heating as an optional extra), well kept gardens and peaceful views, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The property is located in a quiet area of Armação de Pêra and just a short drive from shops, supermarkets and a variety of restaurants and bars. The local market is located just a 10 minute drive away where you can find great fresh produce, as well as beautiful beaches (also a 10 minute drive). Car hire is recommended , especially if you want to discover more of the Algarve. Should you wish to hire a car or bring your own, parking spaces are provided within the boundaries of the property. The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum/multiples 7 night stay, however this may be flexible in low season. Changeover day is on Thursday, however this may be flexible in low season. Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 8 people. The 9th person an additional rental amount is required for either an extra bed for only €91 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only €21 each per week The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
